Description

Manley Race Master Valves

Manley Race Master Series valves are manufactured of XH-426 material for the exhausts and NK-842 for the intakes. This series of valves is targeted at the bracket, drag and oval track racers operating below 8000 RPM - above which engine speed titanium is required. Any engine builder successfully using EV-8 alloy (21-4N) valves will find in this series of Manley valves a superior piece at a most attractive price. Manley's Ultimate Tensile Strength tests reveal that the Manley Race Series are equal to the best valves that the competition has to offer. Race Series valves feature Chrome Stems, Hard Tips, Swirl Polished Heads, and are fully machined. These valves are the recommended Exhaust valves for Alcohol engines.

Manley Hollow Stem Valves feature all the benefits of a lightweight valve without going to titanium alloys. These valves feature hollow stems and are approximately 10g lighter than a solid stem valve. The reduced weight is easier on valve springs, allows higher rpm, and extends overall valvetrain life.
